A "stick to your ribs" recipe

One of my favorites and soooooo easy.

Balogna and beans:

1 lb. bologna (Oscar Meyer is the best)
1 lb. baked beans (Buschs is best or use your own)

  1. Cut bologna into 1/4" pieces
  2. Fry until you get carmelization
  3. Add beans to a pot and heat
  4. Add fried bologna to the heating beans
  5. Heat all for about 10 minutes
  6. Enjoy.

Will make about 4 servings


1lb ground beef 1 small onion chopped
1 can tomato soup
1c. Minute Rice

Mix ground beef, 1/4c tomato soup(undilluted), chopped onion, and Minute Rice. form into balls. Mix rest of tomato soup with 1 c. water and pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes in 9" square pan. 4-5 servings

Normally I don’t measure. It was something I just dumped together and then had to figure out an exact recipe for it!
