2 TBS seedless Raspberry Jam
1 TBS Chambord
3 TBS sliced almonds
1 1/2 TSP Brown Sugar
Cut brie in half horizonally.place bottom half on a microwave safe serving plate.
Combine jam and liqueur,spoon over bottom half of chesse.Place top half of chesse over jam mixture(filling will drip over sides).Sprinkle with almonds and sugar , drizzle with honey.
Microwave at high 1 min. or until soft. Serve immediately with crackers.
Note: I make my own raspberry jalapeno jam and use this instead…makes it yummy…i will post that too
