Apple Berry Breakfast Crisp

Filling:

4 c. thinly sliced peeled apples (about 4 med.)
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries or sliced strawberries
1/4 c. firmly pk. brown sugar
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Topping:

1 c. Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1/2 c. firmly pk. brown sugar
1/3 c. (5 Tbsp. + 1 tsp.) butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flour

Heat oven to 350 F. Spray 8"sq. glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. For filling, combine all ingredient in lg. bowl; stir until fruit is evenly coated. Spoon fruit into baking dish. For topping, combine all ingredient in medium bowl; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until apples are
tender. Serve warm with yogurt, if desired.
