Beef, Chinese Noodle Crunch
1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (5-ounce) can chow mein noodles
In a large skillet, brown beef; drain well. Stir in celery, onions, and soups.
Spoon into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle Chow Mein noodles on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
