BLUEBERRY BATTER CAKE

Spread 2 cups blueberries in greased 8 X 8 pan and sprinkle with 1Tbsp lemon juice

Cover with batter of:
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Sprinkle top with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 Tbsp cornstarch
Pour 1 cup boiling water over all
Bake 350 degrees F 50-60 minutes
