1/4 Cup Dijon mustard
1/4 Cup steak sauce
1/4 Cup bourbon
1/4 Cup honey
dash of hot sauce or to taste
Juice of one lemon or lime
Great on steaks or chops! Does wonders to venison steaks.
Mix all together and brush on meats as they grill.
