Butter Sauce for Shellfish

1 pound butter
3 to 4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce

Melt butter over low heat. Add remaining ingredients and beat well with fork. Distribute among 8 individual serving cups and serve with steamed hardshell crabs, boiled lobster, etc.
