CAJUN PORK CHOPS

1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8 lean center-cut pork loin chops, 1/2-inch thick
1 tablespoon oil

Combine paprika, seasoned salt, sage, cayenne pepper, black pepper and garlic powder in shallow dish. Add meat. Coat on both sides with seasoning mix.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on high heat. Add meat. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 6 to 8 minutes per side or until dark brown.
