CHICKEN CHOP SUEY.


2/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery leaves
3 tbls fat
4 cups chopped celery
1 can bean sprouts
1/4 cup flour
2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tbles soy sauce
1/2 cups chicken, cooked

Saute onions and celery leaves in fat until golden brown. Add celery and liquid from bean sprouts. Simmer for 2o minutes. Stir in flour maxed with water to a paste and cook until thickened. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, bean sprouts and simmer 15 minutes. Add cooked chicken and heat through. Serve with Chinese noodles
