CHICKEN VEGETABLE NEWBURG
1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups fresh cauliflower florets
1 jar Chicken Tonight Cooking Sauce for Chicken ? Creamy Mushroom
1/3 cup sherry
Hot cooked rice
In a large skillet, thoroughly brown chicken in vegetable oil; drain fat.
In a medium saucepan, lightly steam broccoli and cauliflower about 3 minutes; drain thoroughly. Add steamed vegetables, sauce and sherry to skillet.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
