Chile and Cheese Appetizers
4 oz. Philly Cream Cheese…softened
1 cup Sargento Chefstyle mild cheese
1 - 4 oz. diced green chiles
3 green onions …chopped finely
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1- 4 oz. can each of black and green olives…diced
4 - 8 inch soft floured tortillas
Combine: all and mix except the floured tortillas.
Spread 1/2 c. of the mixture over each tortilla and roll.
Wrap each in plastic wrap…refridgerate for 1 hour or until ready to use
Slice each roll into about 6 pieces.
Serve with your favorite salsa for dipping
Prep time about 15 to 20 minutes and 1 hour chilling time
