COOKING FOR A CROWD - MARMALADE FILLING

2 ounces margarine
1 pound walnuts pieces
6 ounces brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pound orange marmalade

  1. Melt margarine. Add nuts. Cook and stir until nuts are toasted.

  2. Add sugar and cinnamon. Cook until heated through.

  3. Add marmalade. Mix well.

Yield: 1 quart

Notes: Use for filling in fruit ring or sweet rolls.
