COOKING FOR A CROWD - SWEET SESAME - VINAIGRETTE

26 ounces granulated sugar
4 ounces sesame seeds
2 ounces poppy seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
3 tablespoons onion, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
3 cups salad oil
1 2/3 cups cider vinegar

  1. Combine in mixer bowl.

  2. Using a whip attachment to mix, add vinegar and oil in a slow stream. Whip for at least 1 minute and make sure sugar is dissolved.

Yield: 2 quarts

Notes: Serve over fresh greens and fruit
