Makes 2 servings
3 pounds fresh whole chicken, cut up
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 onion, peeled and sliced
1 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup chicken broth
Rinse and place chicken in slow cooker or crockpot with
carrots, potatoes, celery and onion.
Pour Italian salad dressing over chicken. Add chicken broth
and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until tender.
