1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
5 eggs lightly beaten
2 cups chopped walnuts
3 tsp vanilla
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
1 cup chopped apples, optional
Vanilla ice cream
Mix dry ingredients and add eggs, nuts, apples if you wish and vanilla. Pour into a greased 10 inch deep-dish pie pan. Bake in a 350F preheated ovenfor 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool, cut into wedges and top with vanilla ice cream, and or top withe whipped cream and keep in refer until ready to serve.
