DEPRESSION ERA RHUBARB TAPIOCA PUDDING

Cook:
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
4 1/2 T. quick tapioca
1/8 t. salt
1 1/8 c. sugar
2 c. water

Stir while cooking. Cool and add 1 1/2 c. strawberries. Top with whipped cream or plain cream.
