Dirty Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

1 yellow cake mix with pudding
1 chocolate instant pudding mix(small)
1/2c. sugar
3/4c. vegetable oil
3/4c. water
4 Large eggs
1(8oz.) sour cream
1(6oz.)pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels powered sugar, sifted

Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring with wire whisk to remove large lumps. Add oil and next 3 ingredients, stirring until smooth. Pour small amount of batter in bottom of greased and floured 12 cup Bundt pan to keep cake batter from sticking. Stir chocolate morsels into remaining batter; pour in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until toothpick in center comes out dry. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
