EASY AND OLD POUND CAKE WITH ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS
1 pound sweet butter
1 pound confectioners sugar
3 cups cake flour very well sifted
Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Cream the butter with the sugar until extremely light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gently
stir in the flour, a little in a time but don’t beat.
Bake at 325 degrees in a well greased and floured 10" tube pan
