Egg Rolls

1 lb hamburg
1 lb lean pork
2 onions chopped fine
1/2 tsp.garlic powder
1 tsp.salt
1 tbsp.white sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water (may need to add more)
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 boxes of egg roll shell
egg whites

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs.Boil 20 minutes uncovered.Remove from heat.Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Let stand for 10 minutes.Add remaining bread crumbs if necessary.Put in egg roll shells.Seal with egg whites (beaten a little).Deep fry
