Chicken El Pollo Luco or the crazy Chicken
Blender: 2 T. pineapple juice
1 tsp. fresh lime
2 c. water
4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 large garlic clove
Sprinkle some Saffron in the blender
Blend all in Blender enogh for 4 to 5 chickens
Let set for 45 minutes or more
soak chick or spray on chicken while on the grill.
