FIRST PRIZE PEPPER STEAK
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced beef flank steak
2 tablespoons oil
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can, 4-1/2 ounces, mushrooms, drained
1 can, 15 ounces, tomatoes, drained
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Brown narrow strips of beef in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients
and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
