Fruit Filled Quesadilla

10 (10" size) flour tortillas
2 teaspoons melted butter or margarine
1 tub (12 oz) soft, low-fat cream cheese
1 can (2l oz) fruit pie filling any variety
Confectioner’s sugar and/or cinnamon sugar

Lightly brush the side of a tortilla with butter or margarine. Spread
other side of tortilla with a thin layer of cream cheese. Spread 1/4
c. fruit filling on one half of the tortilla, and then fold the
tortilla in half, pressing slightly to seal edges. In a large skillet
on medium-low heat, cook tortilla until lightly browned (about 4
minutes) turn and brown the other side. To serve, dust with
confectioner’s sugar or cinnamon sugar. Each Quesadilla may be served
whole or cut into 2 to 4 wedges before serving. Serve hot.
