Northern Beans
Pork Hocks
Bay Leaf
Onion
potatoe’s (peeled and cut to size you like)
sour kraut

Soak beans overnight, drain off water and put new water on them and bring to a boil, boil 1 hour drain off water and add new water, put in pork hocks, bay leaf, and onion, and cook till beans are about done then add potatoe’s and when potatoe’s are about done put in a can of sour kraut that has been drain and washed real good and cook 15 minutes longer.[/i][/b]
