Green Chili Snacks

1 c creamed cottage cheese
1/3 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 Lrg. eggs
3 tbsp of softened butter or margarine
1 1/2 c sharp grated cheese
4oz can of chopped green chilies drained

Put first 7 ingredients into a bowl. Beat on medium to mix.
Stir in cheese and green chilies. Pun into a greased 8x8 dish. Bake @ 350’ for 45 - 55 minutes. Cut in 25 pieces.
serve warm or make ahead and serve cold. Can also be frozen.

I have this in the oven right now. I will let you know how it turns out. In the picture it looked really yummy, and it rises good too

I just tasted them and they are to die for. I checked it at 40 min and it was getting really golden brown, so i took it out. I would highly recommend makeing this. YUMMY
