HOMEMADE FAT-FREE BISQUICK
Ingredients:
1 1/8 cup flour (can use 1/2 whole-wheat flour)
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
2 1/4 tablespoons dry milk powder or Just like Milk-Plain
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 tablespoons apple sauce
Mix everything together well and refrigerate.
