1/2 bushel tomatoes - juiced
Put juice in large cooker and add the following:
8 c. white sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 qt. vinegar
Cut the following into chunks:
6 large onions
2 peppers
6 stalks of celery
Cook over low heat to thickeness desired. Ladle off chuncks and then can.
