Key Lime Cheesecake

2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 T. fresh lime juice
1 t. grated lime peel
1/2 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1 - 6 oz. graham cracker crust

Mix cream cheese, sugar, juice, peel and vanilla at medium speed with mixer until blended. Add eggs and mix until well blended. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with lime slices. 8 servings.
