Would like to have a good leg of lamb recipe
:roll: Leg of lamb is simple to do, a easy recipe is: mince garlic, at least a whole clove for a leg, olive oil, thyme and grey poupon mustard Mince the garlic, and olive oil, thyme and grey poupon mustard, combine in a mortar and crush to blend well, rub on the leg and wrap in plastic wrpa over-night, cook at 350, till desired temp. Do not over cook !!! (ad some liqid to the pan before roasting) This works great for rack of lamb also !!
