LO-CAL NO-CHOLESTEROL POP-OVERS
6 egg whites
1 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. margarine, melted
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
About 1 1/4 hours before serving, grease 2 1/2-inch muffin pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl of mixer at medium speed, beat egg whites until frothy. Beat in milk and butter until blended. Beat in flour and salt until smooth.
Fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake 50 minutes, then make small slit in top of each to let steam escape. Bake 5 minutes longer. Serve immediately. Makes 12 popovers, 70 calories each.
