Mandarin Orange and Pineapple Cake
1 yellow butter cake mix
4 beaten eggs
1 (11oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
1 ( 8oz. ) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. oil
2 T. soft butter
Combine all ingredients for 3 min. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 in. cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
Topping - Mix
1 (8oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. coconut
Spread over cool cake!
