Mandarin Orange Salad

2 pkgs (3 oz boxes) orange jello
2 cups water
1 can  (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate
1 can  (8 oz) crushed pineapple
1 can  (11 oz) drained mandarin oranges
1 pkg  lemon chiffon pudding or pie mix

Boil the 2 cups of water, and mix with the orange jello. Then add the
orange juice concentrate, crushed pinapple (juice and all), and
mandarine oranges. Let the mixture set in a 9x13 glass pan.

When the jello is set, fix the package of chiffon lemon pudding or pie
mix as directed and put on top. This is a very tart salad but the lemon
lemon pudding cuts down on the tartness.
