Mints

2 pounds powder sugar, siffted
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
mint and or cinnamon flavoring (extract)
Food coloring red are green ( can use other colores too)

Stir together sugar and cream cheese until well combineds and smooth. Add just a drop of food coloring and a drop of Extract, kneed until evenly combined.Taste and add more flavoring and color if needed. Roll into small baslls on waxed paper. Let dry several hours.

Tip: use a little round mold for bite size mints.Can purchase at cake decorating stores.
The pink mints are cinnamon and the green are peppermint.
