The winner of the 2005 Crave Time Cook Off has been crowned. The recipes were judged on the best use of 10 White Castle hamburgers, originality and taste. The winner will receive a case of 30 hamburgers a week for the next year for her creative use of the product. That’s a lot of hamburgers, over 1,500 to be exact
Morning Crave
10 White Castles
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
10 eggs
1 T chopped onion
Dash of pepper
1 t salt
1/2-1 lb. crumbled bacon or sausage
4 C milk
1/2 t dried mustard
1 T parsley flakes
Line bottom of greased 9 X 13 casserole dish with yummy White Castles. Sprinkle cheese over sandwiches.
Beat eggs, add milk and all ingredients except bacon or sausage. Pour egg mixture over cheese and sprinkle bacon or sausage on top.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for one hour. Let sit before serving.
