Nacho Bake

3/4 cup uncooked instant rice
1 pound lean ground beef
1 can (15 1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (14 1/2 ounces)Diced Tomatoes italian style
1 envelope taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Spread rice in bottom of lightly greased 2 quart baking dish. Brown beef in skillet; drain. Stir in corn, tomatoes, taco seasoning and water; mix well. Spoon meat mixture over rice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until rice is cooked. Top with tortilla chips and cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
