This tastes so fresh…So full of flavor! 8)
Goes well with any plain ole pasta!
POMODORO SAUCE
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
6 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 can(32 oz) Tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped
1/2 C Fresh Basil, finely chopped
Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly (do not brown).
Stir in pepper, salt, and tomatoes; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 7 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in basil.
Enjoy!
