Porcupine Meatballs

Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
12 oz pkg. Little Sizzlers {Original flavor}, thawed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg, well beaten
2 c white rice, cooked

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into small balls.
Place on pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350* until done.

You can also make gravy to go with these meatballs. For the gravy, bring to a boil 3 c water and 1 pkg of onion soup mix. Slowly add 2T flour while stirring briskly with a wire whisk. Boil until gravy thickens. Pour gravy over meatballs and bake 15 min longer.
