Pork Chicken Noodles Casserole H.J.’s

Casserole - Pork, Chicken, n Noodles H.J.’s

      [u][b]Meat and Broth[/b][/u]

2 - 4 Pork chops or use 4 countrypork ribs
3- 4 chicken strips…no skin . . Put in pot to boil.
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic powder granular
Boil meats in water with all the above till very tender.
Remove meats from the pot … place in a bowl …remove bones
cut up to bit size. . . set aside

Reserve the broth from boiling and place in refrigerate
to coagulate the fat and throw excess fat away

     [u][b]Making the Casserole[/b][/u]

All the cut up meat
Reserved broth from the meats
1 large carrot sliced very thin
1 large Green . Onion with the stem . . . .chopped
1 stalk of celery cut up
1 medium yellow onion ….chopped
1/8 tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Garlic powder or to your liking
1 tsp. Butter
2 handsful of ribbon noodles. . uncooked
2 T. Fetta Cheese
½ cup Mexican Cheese

In a 13x by 10 glass baking dish. . Sprayed with Pam
Add all the to the baking dish
Except the Feta and Mexican cheese

Also add enough reserved de-skimmed broth from the refrigerator
To cover the noodles
Mix all together in the baking dish.
Than add
2 T. Heaping plus of Feta Cheese all over the top of the dish
Cover dish with foil while baking
Bake 400 degrees for about 30 minutes and reduce heat just for melting the Mexican cheese.
Witch is put on top of casserole the last 5 minutes of baking
(½ cup Mexican Cheese is added to the top.)
Return to oven and bake uncovered till cheese melts reduce the heat to 300 degrees

This should be a little thick not much liquid and so deliciously light
