Pork Chops and Rice

4 pork chops 4 green pepper rings 4 slices onion 1 c. rice 4 slices tomato 1 t. salt 2 T. olive oil water

Brown chops in olive oil over med. heat on both sides. Drain. On each chop place a slice of onion tomato and pepper. Evenly distibute rice over meat and sprinkle with salt. Cover with water. Cover tightly and cook over low heat for 45 minutes,
