Description: There is pumpkin beer on the market. You can brew your own at home. If you already make home brew, the extra steps are easy. The instructions below only address the added steps, not the complete brewing process.
All grain brewing:
Add two pounds of pumpkin meat to your mash. Either steam the pumpkin and remove the flesh or pumpkin puree. Mash and sparge. Add spices at the end of the boil. Try adding a little nutmeg and/or cinnamon to your spices. That’s all folks!
