Roman Pizza

2- 8pz. pieces of pizza dough
1/3 c. marinara sauce
1/3 c. shredded smoked mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Fontina cheese
2 oz. mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 oz. pancetta (bacon can be sub.) chopped (uncooked)

Position 1 over rack in center and preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Roll out each piece of pizza dough into a 13 by 8 inch rectangle (approx.)
Transfer to separate large baking sheet.

Spoon Marinara over the pizza crust(s) leaving a 1 inch border. Sprinkle
the Mozarella and Fontina Cheeses over the pizzas. Sprinkle the mushrooms & pancetta over the cheese. Bake until the crusts are crisp and brown on the bottom and cheese is melted on top, about 15 min. Cut the pizzas crosswise in rectangular slices and serve hot.
