SAUSAGE PUFF

large California Fresh Eggs
1 pound sausage, browned and drained
1 cup baking mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar
OR
1 cup shredded Jack cheese
2 cups milk

  1. Mix all ingredients and place in greased 2 qt. casserole or 6 individual baking dishes. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Next day, preheat oven to 350º for casserole, bake 1 hour; for individual baking dishes bake 30-40 minutes.
