This is my first time doing a post – hope this works. Wanted to join the fun and post one of my favorites.
Sissy’s Killer Ham Balls
MEATBALLS
1 lb ground ham (I use deli ham & grind myself)
1 lb sausage (I use Owens Special Seasonings or Jimmy Dean Sage)
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 t pepper
Mix all together and scoop out using 1/3 cup measuring cup. Form into balls and place into 9x13 pan.
SAUCE
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 t dry mustard
Mix together over heat and pour over the balls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes
