Snow Tunnel Cake
1 Angel food cake mix
1 (12oz) Cool Whip
1 1/2 cup milk
1 (4 1/2 oz. instant pudding) your flavor choice
Bake cake according to box directions. Slice a 1- inch layer off the top of cake. Gently hollow out a 2 inch deep trench in cake. Tear pieces from trench into small pieces and sit aside. Combine milk and pudding mix, beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold cake pieces from trench and 1 3/4 cups of Cool Whip into pudding. Fill in trench with mixture. Replace top of cake, Spread remaining topping over top and sides of cake. Chill till set.
