Spaghetti Rolls

Here’s a new twist on spaghetti.take:
11/2 poundsground beef
1 tablespoon veg. oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups spaghetti sauce,divided
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package (8 ounces) uncooked manicotti shells, cooked, rinsed, and drained
1 tablespoon onion powder

Cook beef in oil in large skillet over med.-high heat until brown, stirring to seperate meat;drain fat. Stir in onion powder,salt and pepper. Stir in 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce; cool and set aside.

Reserve 1/2 cup of the ground beef mixture. Combine remaining beef mix with cheese in large bowl. Stuff into manicotti. Arrange in greased 13x9 in. pan. Combine remaining spaghetti sauce with reserved beef mix in small bowl; blend well. Pour over manicotti. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350f oven 20 to 30 min.or until hot.
