Swiss Vegetable Medley

1 bag (16 oz) Frozen Veggies (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot Blend) - thawed
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 C shredded Swiss Cheese
1/3 C Sour Cream
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 - 2.8 ozs Durkee’s French Fried Onions

Preheat oven 350 Serves: 6 - 8

Mix all together, reserving 1/2 cup of the cheese and half of
the onions. Pour into a sprayed cassarole dish. Bake for 30 minutes covered. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions and bake 5 minutes longer uncovered.
