Taco Fried Chicken - Crockpot Recipe

1 whole chicken cut in pieces
OR 8-10 thighs, legs, or breasts or a mix
1-1/2 cups flour
2 tablesppons taco seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
peanut oil (don’t substitute)

Wash chicken and let drain; mix flour & spices in a plastic bag, add chicken and shake until well coated. Fry in 1/4" peanut oil until golden brown. remove and let drain, then place in a crock pot that has been preheated on low. Leave in crock pot until ready to serve.(better if cooked 2 or 3 hours early).
