Tang Fruit Salad

3 Tbsp Tang (orange breakfast drink)
1 (3-4 oz) sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can pineapple chunks in their own juice, drained (reserve juice)
2 cans fruit cocktail (low cal) or chunky mixed fruit, drained (discard juice)
3 medium bananas, peeled and sliced 1/8-1/4" thick

Mix Tang and (dry) pudding mix together. Add pineapple juice and mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Can eat immediately or let set a while for flavors to mingle in the refrigerator. Serve on lettuce leaves for a light lunch.

We make this fruit salad for some of our church functions. Served with unsweetened tea or diet soda and some low calorie cottage cheese, its a winner. Can omit the Tang (or use a low calorie/sugar free orange flavor powdered beverage drink). It is a nice change from the same old fruit salad.
