8-10 ounces HEAVY whipping cream
Four ounces Cream Cheese
Two teaspoons Coconut extract
Two teaspoons Pineappple extract
2/3 cup Powdered Sugar or to taste
In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese (At room temperature) with the coconut and pineapple extracts, making sure the mixture is very smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream until very soft peaks begin to form. Add the sugar and continue beating until sugar is disolved and no longer gritty. Mix the sweetened whipped cream with the cream cheese. This dip is excellent with many different kinds of fruit. Suggestions would include apples, peaches, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, bananas, papaya, cantaloupe, mango, honeydew, and orange sections.
