This is such a simple, yet DELICIOUS Salad!!!
WARM SPINACH AND APPLE SALAD
1 pkg. Baby Spinach
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Red Delicious Apples (washed, cored & thinly sliced-leave skins on)
2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
Place spinach in a large serving bowl.
Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat; cook apples for 1 to 2 minutes or until softened. Whisk together maple syrup and vinegar; pour into pan and cook another 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over spinach and toss. Serve immediately.
