Weight Watchers Hot Asiago Dip Recipe

1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/4 cup nonfat cream cheese
2 tablespoons nonfat cream cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup asiago Cheese, grated, (or parmesan)
2 scallions, sliced
1 jalapeÃ±o pepper, seeded, de-veined and minced
In a blender or food processor, purÃ©e the cottage and cream cheeses; add the mustard. Add the Asiago cheese, scallions and jalapeÃ±o; pulse to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a 2-cup microwavable dish; microwave on HIGH until heated through, 3 minutes.
Serve at once.
